Florence Hospital at Anthem

The Florence Hospital at Anthem is located at 4545 North Hunt Highway.

This 36 bed hospital provides acute-care with a full range of diagnostic care including digital X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, ECHO ultrasound and nuclear medicine.

From what I've gleaned from different sites: The hospital facilities are owned by a REIT called Medical Properties Trust. This is their MWP Profile. The administration of Florence and Gilbert Hospital is by New Vision Health, LLC (press release). I could not find much information on New Vision Health. A national company called Special Care claims a trade mark on the name "New Vision."
